04. Improve
We review outcomes against agreed objectives, address issues and identify further improvements where valuable. Ongoing support and optimisation are available according to the client's requirements.
Not every engagement requires the same level of process.
A focused security review may need an assessment and prioritised recommendations. An automation project may benefit from rapid prototyping and incremental delivery. A major ERP transformation requires more detailed analysis, planning and change management.
